The nearest airport is the Palm Springs Regional Airport, which is serviced
by several major airlines and can be reached from the east coast via connections
through Dallas, Chicago or Los Angeles.
Attendees will qualify for excursion (Super Saver) airfares if they stay over Saturday night (lodging for Saturday night is included in the meeting registration). Upon arrival at the airport, go to the Hyatt courtesy phone located in front of the car rental agencies on the way to the baggage claim area. It will ring at the hotel's valet desk. Tell them you need transportation from the airport and proceed outside the airport to the center island and look for the Hyatt van. The Hotel pick-up service is free of charge. You may also take a taxi to the hotel (a distance of approximately one mile).
Attendees may also fly into Ontario Airport (approximately 60 miles
west of Palm Springs) or Los Angeles (LAX) (approximately 150 miles west
of Palm Springs). Ground transportation from Ontario or LAX can be a
rental car or limousine. Inquire at the ground transportation booths
outside the arrival areas of the airports.

By car from Los Angeles or Ontario Airport
Drive time from LAX is approximately two and a half hours, and one hour from
Ontario. Take Interstate 10 east all the way to Highway 111, Palm Springs exit.
Highway 111 will turn into North Palm Canyon Drive after about eight miles.
The hotel is another three miles, located at the corner of Amado and North
Palm Canyon on the right side of the street. Pull into the front driveway.
Self-parking is $10/day, and valet parking is $14/day with in and out privileges.
From San Diego
Drive time from San Diego is approximately two and a half hours. Take Interstate
15 north to Freeway 215 north, then to Freeway 60 east. Take 60 east to Interstate
10 east, then to the Palm Springs exit on Highway 111. The exit will become
North Palm Canyon Drive; it is approximately eight miles. The hotel is another
three miles, located at the corner of Amado and North Palm Canyon on the right
side of the street. Self-parking is $10/day, and valet parking is $14/day with
in and out privileges.
