2006 International Workshop on Retroviral Pathogenesis
Welcome
We are pleased to announce the 2006 International Workshop on Retroviral Pathogenesis.
The meeting will cover experimental pathogenesis for animal
retroviruses, as well as HTLV. The meeting will be held from December 6-10, 2006 at the
Hyatt Regency Suites in Palm Springs, California. You can preview the hotel

You may have attended one of the previous
workshops, held most recently in St. Malo, France. As in previous
workshops, Principal Investigators will summarize the most recent work
from their laboratories in 15-minute talks. There will also be poster
sessions, which will provide opportunities for other lab members to
present their results in more detail.
The meeting will begin with registration at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday
December 6, 2006; and end after dinner on Saturday December 9, 2006.
Registration includes lodging for December 6th with departure on Sunday
December 10, 2006. Registration fees for the meeting are $700.00 per
person, inclusive of some meals and all lodging (single occupancy available
for an additional $250). If you would like to attend the workshop, please
fill out the registration form and send a $200 deposit by November 1,
2006. Meeting payments may be cash, check or credit card. After November
1, 2006 we will continue to accept registrations until the meeting is
fully subscribed. The deadline for abstract submission is October 16,
2006. Instructions for abstract submission are located on the registration
form. Also, if you (or people in your laboratory) would like to make
a presentation please indicate whether you would like to give a oral
or poster presentation. With the growth in attendance of this workshop,
it is becoming challenging to schedule talks by all of the invited attendees.
We welcome your participation regardless of whether you wish to give
an oral presentation.
