Fifteenth West Coast Retrovirus Meeting

We are pleased to notify you about the Fifteenth West Coast Retrovirus Meeting. The meeting will be held from October 16-18, 2008 at the Holiday Inn Palm Springs, in Palm Springs, CA. The meeting should be an exciting one with lots of opportunity for interactions. The format of the meeting will be short talks in several sessions, as well as one poster session. In addition we will have outside plenary speakers. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday October 16, 2008 and end after dinner on Saturday October 18, 20087. Registration includes lodging for October 16th with departure on Sunday October 19, 2008.
Registration fees for the meeting are $495.00 per person, inclusive of meals and lodging (double occupancy - single occupancy available for $695.00).
If you would like to attend the meeting, please fill out the registration form and send a $100 deposit by Sept. 5, 2008. Meeting payments may be check, cash or credit card. After Sept. 5th we will continue to accept registrations until the meeting is fully subscribed. Instructions for abstracts are located on the registration form. Also, if you (or people from your laboratory) would like to make a presentation, the deadline for receipt of abstracts is Sept. 5, 2008. Notification of whether presentations will be talks or posters will be sent out in mid-September.
