The nearest airport is the Palm Springs Regional Airport, which is serviced by several major airlines and can be reached from the east coast via connections through Dallas, Chicago or Los Angeles.
Attendees will qualify for excursion airfares if they stay over Saturday night (lodging for Saturday night is included in the meeting registration). Upon arrival at the airport, call the Holiday Inn at 760-323-1711 and tell them you need transportation via shuttle from the airport and proceed outside. The Hotel pick-up service is free of charge. You may also take a taxi to the hotel (a distance of approximately one mile).
Attendees may also fly into Ontario Airport (approximately 60 miles west of Palm Springs) or Los Angeles (LAX) (approximately 150 miles west of Palm Springs). Ground transportation from Ontario or LAX can be a rental car or limousine. Inquire at the ground transportation booths outside the arrival areas of the airports.

By Car from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP)
Drive time from PSP is approximately 10 minutes. Turn Left into Ciello Blvd , take that to Ramon Road and make a Right. Take that to Sunrise Way and make a Left. Hotel will be on the left hand side located at the corner of Sunrise Way and Eat Palm Canyon Drive.

From Ontario International Airport (ONT)
Drive time from ONT is approximately one and a half hours. Take I-10 Fwy and exit Palm Ave/Airport, turn Right onto Gene Autry Trail. Take that to Palm Canyon Drive and make a Right. The hotel is located on the right hand side at the corner of Palm Canyon and Sunrise Way.

From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Drive time from LAX is approximately two hours. Take the I-105 East to the I-605 North to the I-10 East. Take the I-10 and exit Palm Drive/Gene Autry Trail and turn Right on Gene Autry Trail. Take that to Palm Canyon Drive and turn Right. The hotel is located in the right hand side, on the corner of E. Palm Canyon Drive and Sunrise Way.
