Total registration fee is $650, which includes three nights of lodging
(based on double occupancy), two continental breakfasts, two lunches, banquet, hospitality
receptions and admittance to all scientific sessions.A $200 deposit
should be included per attendee. Note that payment can be by check, cash or credit card.
Checks should be made payable to "UC Regents". The registration balance due upon arrival.
In the event of cancellation, two weeks notice is necessary for a refund of the deposit.
