The nearest airport is the Palm Springs Regional Airport, which is serviced by several major airlines and can be reached from the east coast via connections though Dallas, Chicago, or Los Angeles.

Attendees will qualify for excursion airfares if they stay over Saturday night (lodging for Saturday night is included in the meeting registration).

Attendees may also fly into Ontario Airport (approximately 60 miles west of Palm Springs) of Los Angeles (LAX) (approximately 150 miles west of Palm Springs). Ground transportation from Ontario of LAX can be a rental car or limousine. Inquire at the ground transportation booths outside the arrival areas of the airport.

By Car from Palm Springs International Airport:

Courtesy shuttle service to & from the airport. Advanced reservation is required. Please contact the hotel: Service available 7:00am-11pm daily.

Once you arrive at the airport, proceed to the baggage claim area to pick up your luggage. Then call the hotel at (760) 322 9000 and inform the Valet that you are ready to be picked up. The hotel is located a short distance from the airport.

Airport Shuttle does not have a chairlift. Please call the hotel directly if you need a chair lift and the hotel will arrange and pay for your ride to and from the Palm Springs Airport.

From East I-10 to Highway 111 (Palm Springs exit):

Remain on Highway 111 for approximately 11 miles (it will become North Palm Canyon Drive). Hyatt Regency Suites Palm Springs is located on the right at 285 North Palm Canyon Drive. The hotel is at the corner of North Palm Canyon Drive and Amado Road.

From West I-10 to Ramon Road (Cathedral City Exit):

Turn left on Ramon to Indian Ave. Turn right on Indian Ave to Amado. Left on Amado. Hotel is on the corner of Amado and Palm Canyon Dr.

Parking

The parking garage has 24 hour security patrols. No conversion vans or any type of large truck will be able to park at the hotel. Clearance is 7 feet.
